Contrary forces are interconnected and interdependent in the natural world,
they give rise to each other in turn.
Frankie Knuckles once made a comparison of house music saying it was like
“church for people who have fallen from grace”
and Marshall Jefferson compared it to “old-time religion in the way that people
just get happy and screamin". The bright side is a new-time prayer in the way
that the fallen just get happy and screaming.
